Nssu-Ghahnb is a gigantic pulsating heart-like entity secluded in the parallel dimensions and is the one responsible for spawning all of the various monsters which exist within the known Universe.

Sort of a gigantic beating heart secluded in a parallel dimensions. It would have spawned the monsters of all the times.
